Impact Gomez was perhaps the most important part of Liverpool's squad throughout the season, as he filled in at right-back, left-back and center-back. The defender was excellent in all three roles and earned a call up back into the England squad after showing this level. The issue for Gomez is that while he was excellent in all those roles, it's tough to see him taking the starting job anywhere in the backline moving forward.
