College Football Week 6 Highlights: OSU, Miami Take Care of Business
Week 6 of the college football season is in the books.
No. 20 Michigan (4-1) took care of business against Wisconsin (2-3) at home in a Big Ten tilt on FOX's "Big Noon Saturday" to kick off Week 6 of the 2025 college football season. In the Big Ten nightcap, No. 1 Ohio State (5-0) easily disposed of Minnesota (3-2) in a dominant 42-3 win.
There was also a trio of huge surprises. Cincinnati (4-1) pulled off a massive upset over No. 14 Iowa State (5-1) at home, handing the Cyclones their first loss of the season. Elsewhere, previously winless UCLA (1-4) pulled off a monster upset over No. 7 Penn State at the Rose Bowl, while Florida (2-3) came up with a huge upset of its own, shocking Arch Manning's Texas (3-2) team at The Swamp.
Also in the SEC, No. 10 Alabama (4-1) overcame a strong outing from No. 16 Vanderbilt (5-1) at home, and Nebraska (4-1) took down Michigan State (3-2) in another Big Ten matchup on FS1.
And in the ACC, No. 3 Miami (Fla.) (5-0) took care of business against in-state rival No. 18 Florida State (3-2) in Tallahassee.
