Marcellus Crutchfield - Out Saturday Crutchfield (undisclosed) was listed as out on Toledo's official team injury report ahead of Saturday's matchup against Western Kentucky.

Impact Crutchfield has yet to play a game for the Rockets in 2024 and was ruled out for Saturday's game with an undisclosed injury. The junior receiver will have extra time to recover during Toledo's bye week and will hope to earn his way onto the field against Miami (OH) the following Saturday.

Impact Vandeross had the most receiving yards out of Toledo's wide receivers, but at the same time this was the pass catchers second lowest yardage game of the year. The 5-foot-9 junior has 20 grabs for 267 yards and three touchdowns so far this year.

Jerjuan Newton - Worst week of season Newton compiled five receptions (on 10 targets) for 23 yards during Saturday's 26-21 loss to Western Kentucky.

Impact Newton's ten targets could've provided a huge day for the receiver, but he wasn't able to do much throughout the game. Western Kentucky eventually thwarted Toledo in the fourth quarter, and Newton wasn't of much help throughout.

Jacquez Stuart - Surpasses 100 scrimmage yards Stuart posted 10 rushes for 21 yards and caught all three targets for 93 yards during Saturday's 26-21 defeat against Western Kentucky.

Impact Stuart wasn't efficient on the ground, which has become a theme this year, but he was extremely solid in the passing game. The senior running back's receiving upside could keep him relevant so far this year, but the lack of production on the ground has become an issue.
