Frank Gore Jr. - No luck during ugly loss Gore posted 12 carries for 37 yards during Tuesday's 55-3 defeat to South Alabama. He also caught two passes for 22 yards.

Impact Gore fell victim to a miserable offensive day for the Golden Eagles, as the team accounted for just 16 yards in the first half while only putting up three points on the day. While he was shut down on the ground, Gore led Southern Miss in receiving yards while tying for the team high in receptions. Averaging a career-low 3.8 yards per carry with four games under 50 rush yards, Gore should be considered no more than a boom-or-bust option given USM's offensive issues.

Holman Edwards - Rough day in relief Edwards was 5-for-15 passing for 41 yards and one interception during Tuesday's 55-3 defeat against South Alabama. He also had six rushes for negative two yards.

Impact Edwards stepped in for starter Billy Wiles after Wiles led three drives that combined for just 16 yards. However, Edwards didn't fare much better, tallying 41 yards and a pick while completing just 33 percent of his attempts. While Edwards appears to have a chance at usurping Wiles as the Southern Miss starter, the team's lack of offensive talent and consistency will likely keep both QBs out of fantasy conversations.

Billy Wiles - Benched after rough start Wiles completed 2 of 5 passes for five yards during Tuesday's 55-3 loss against South Alabama.

Impact Wiles' day was cut off after three drives -- two of which were three-and-outs -- and he managed to account for merely five yards before being benched in favor of Holman Edwards. While Edwards also fared poorly against South Alabama, USM's willingness to make a change at quarterback makes Wiles' role uncertain moving forward.

Jamaal Pritchett - Breaks out for 122 yards Pritchett caught five passes for 122 yards during Tuesday's 55-3 win versus Southern Miss.

Impact Pritchett entered Tuesday's contest averaging 41.8 receiving yards per game with a season-high sitting at 65. He blew both of those numbers out of the water Tuesday, reeling in at least five passes for the first time since Week 4 and leading South Alabama in receiving yards.

Caullin Lacy - Keeps 100-yard streak alive Lacy totaled nine receptions for 103 yards during Tuesday's 55-3 victory versus Southern Miss.

Impact For a sixth straight game, Lacy surpassed the 100-yard mark, this time sneaking by with 103 yards on nine receptions. Despite South Alabama's offense scoring seven touchdowns, Lacy was unable to find paydirt with each of the seven scores coming on the ground. With 826 yards through seven games, Lacy ranks fourth in the country in receiving yards per game at 118.0 yards.

La'Damian Webb - Logs four touchdowns Webb compiled 20 rushes for 102 yards and four touchdowns during Tuesday's 55-3 win over Southern Miss. He also caught two passes for 26 yards.

Impact South Alabama dominated USM, resulting in a run-heavy attack led by Webb. He topped 100 yards for a second consecutive game and reeled in multiple receptions for a third straight contest, all while setting a season high in rushing touchdowns. Through seven appearances, Webb has tallied 578 rush yards and 12 rushing touchdowns while nabbing 14 receptions for 92 yards.
