Max Johnson - Suffers first half injury Johnson suffered an undisclosed injury in the first half of Thursday's win over Old Dominion and did not return, Georgia Southern pregame host Frank Sulkowski reports.

Impact Johnson finished 6-of-8 for 75 yards before bowing out with injury. Turner Helton spelled him and completed just over 75 percent of his passes for 205 yards and a touchdown. The Eagles head into a bye week, giving Johnson some additional time to heal, though his injury will be something to monitor in the coming days.
