John Busha - Backup against New Mexico Busha will come off the bench with fellow quarterback Quentin Hayes getting the start in Saturday's matchup against New Mexico, per Brent Briggeman of The Colorado Springs Gazette.
Impact Busha previously started multiple games for the Falcons in 2024 but struggled under center, throwing for just 240 yards with three interceptions through five games while adding 141 yards on the ground as well. Hayes will get the opportunity to secure the starting job moving forward with Busha likely serving as the primary backup.
