Impact Hejny is expected to be a game-time call Saturday after sustaining a hamstring injury in Week 3's loss to BYU. If he's unable to suit up in Week 4, look for Ksaan Farrar to replace him under center. But it seems Colorado State could wait until the very last minute to have Hejny this Saturday. Impact Because the Rams were down 31-7 at halftime, Colorado State was forced to throw the ball, and Ross took advantage of it. Colorado State takes on UTSA on Sept. 26. UTSA's defense is near the bottom in the country in defending the run.

Impact Brown also caught three passes for 17 yards. It was a combination of a tough BYU defense and the flow of the game as the Rams found themselves down 31-7 by halftime. It was a big drop from the previous week where Brown ran for 171 yards on nine attempts and two touchdowns in the Colorado State's 58-24 victory over FCS Southern Utah. The Rams and Brown should return to a running game in their next contest against UTSA on Sept. 26. UTSA's defense is near the bottom in the country in defending the run.

Durell Robinson - Leads CSU in rushing Robinson collected 29 rushing yards on six carries and a touchdown in Colorado State's 41-23 loss to BYU on Saturday.

Impact Robinson's numbers showed that the Rams basically abandoned the running game especially with the starters. In the first three game he has run for 106 yards on 28 carries. The 6-foot redshirt junior missed most of the 2025 season at Auburn with a leg injury. Robinson has the experience handling a large backfield role, logging 107 carries for 731 yards and eight touchdowns across 12 games with UConn in 2024. The 207-pound back is also capable in the receiving game, adding on 14 receptions for 75 receptions during his breakout season with the Huskies.
