UFC lightweight champion Conor McGregor released a new video of him training his boxing at the SBG.

On Wednesday, the current UFC lightweight champion Conor McGregor released a new video on Instagram. It shows him training his boxing. Right now, he’s very committed to competing in the boxing ring.

McGregor is, without a doubt, the face of the sport of MMA right now. But, he doesn’t seem content with just dominating one sport. He wants to venture out into others and dominate there as well.

Not to long ago, McGregor has expressed his desire to compete in boxing. He was granted a boxing license in the state of California and he also wants to apply for a Nevada license. This is all leading up to a potential matchup against Floyd Mayweather.

The two have been going at it over social media and each are very interested in a fight with each other. But, the big problem here is getting the numbers right for each.

But, there’s no doubt that this is what McGregor wants. He recently hosted a Q&A with MMA journalist Ariel Helwani, which was live on PPV. He wants to pass on returning to the Octagon for now in order to compete in a boxing ring next. (Source: MMA Fighting)

When it comes to a deal, Mayweather has already put his number out and it’s $100 million. But, when Dana White appeared on the Colin Cowherd show, he gave his own offer.

White said that he will offer both Mayweather and McGregor $25 million to fight each other. They could also negotiate a PPV split. It didn’t take Mayweather long to respond, calling White a comedian in an interview with TMZ.

When it comes to McGregor’s chances, they’re very slim. Mayweather is one of the greatest boxers of all-time and McGregor would really need to train hard if he wants to beat him. He does have a punchers chance and has shown his dominance inside the octagon. But, boxing is a completely different sport.
