Impact Eason didn't get an opportunity to make his NFL debut during his rookie season in 2020, but with Philip Rivers electing to retire and with Jacoby Brissett set for free agency, the young signal-caller should at the very least be in strong position to open 2021 as the No. 2 option on the depth chart behind the newly acquired Carson Wentz. The 23-year-old will look to impress in OTAs, training camp and the preseason to ensure he maintains his placement on the depth chart.
