The Recap:
For this week’s report, I’ll touch on the offensive increase a few of the prospects experience and I’ll start with Nikita Korostelev who continues to have the scoring touch. In three games for the Sarnia Sting, he notched five points, which gives him some good momentum heading into this week’s Canada-Russia Super Series.
However, Jeremy Bracco had a bit of a quiet week by his standards. In three games the 19-year-old only registered three points, so let’s just hope that this was an off week and next week he can get himself on track.
Finally, this week’s surprise prospect has to go to Adam Brooks of the Regina Pats as he put on an offensive clinic. In two games the Pats captain registered seven points as he helped Regina to two wins over the Kootenay Ice and Saskatoon Blades.
