Sweden beats Finland to reach final

Sweden reached the final of the ice hockey world championship by beating fellow co-host and rival Finland 3-0 on Saturday.

Dallas Stars forward Loui Eriksson scored Sweden's first two goals on power plays, with both assisted by twin brothers Henrik and Daniel Sedin.

Henrik Sedin then added Sweden's third into an empty net in the final minute.

Sweden's Jhonas Enroth made 30 saves for the shutout.

Sweden will play the winner of the second semifinal between the United States and Switzerland for the gold medal on Sunday.
