Saint John Sea Dogs win Memorial Cup

Jacob DeSerres made 34 saves and the Saint John Sea Dogs became the first Maritime team to win the Memorial Cup, beating the Mississauga St. Michael's Majors 3-1 on Sunday night.

Simon Despres, Zack Phillips and Jonathan Huberdeau scored for Saint John, the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League champion. Riley Brace scored for Mississauga.
