CHICAGO (AP) Nashville forward Mike Fisher has been ruled out for Game 3 of the Predators' first-round playoff series against the Chicago Blackhawks.

Fisher made the trip to Chicago, but was inactive for Sunday's game at the United Center. The Predators say he is day to day.

The 34-year-old center left Game 1 on Wednesday night with a lower-body injury, and then missed Nashville's 6-2 victory on Friday night.

The Predators also were without defenseman Shea Weber, who left Game 2 with a lower-body injury and did not travel to Chicago. The team says it plans to provide an update on Weber's status on Wednesday.
