Penguins' Cole perks up fans at Dunkin' Donuts
Pittsburgh Penguins defenseman Ian Cole willingly delivers wake-up calls with crunching body checks while he's on the ice.
On Wednesday, Cole elected to provide a jolt of another kind by serving coffee to surprised customers at a Dunkin' Donuts in Pittsburgh.
In addition to dispensing caffeine and donuts, the 26-year-old Cole also gave away tickets, pucks and hats while generously posing for photos.
Cole wasn't alone as fellow Pittsburgh defensemen Derrick Pouliot and Olli Maatta did the same while "working" at a nearby McDonalds.
Not to be outdone, forward Patric Hornqvist took his talents to Dick's Sporting Goods as a way to bond with fans.
