Did Emilio Estevez lead the Ducks to victory?
The Anaheim Ducks had one of the greatest fictional coaches ever cheering them on as they took on the Chicago Blackhawks in Game 5.
Emilio Estevez, who played Gordon Bombay, the head coach in the Mighty Duck movies, took to Twitter to inspire the Ducks to victory.
Estevez started with an inspiring message before the game.

It initially seemed to work. The Ducks jumped out to a 3-0 lead after the first period. Cam Fowler found the net on a wrist shot in just a little over five minutes played. Ryan Kesler added a tip in goal just 32 seconds later, and with just over five minutes remaining in the period, Sami Vatanen found the net on a slap shot.

The Blackhawks responded with a big second period, cutting the Ducks' lead to just one. The Ducks needed to hear a positive speech before the third period. Estevez delivered.

After a Patrick Maroon goal, the Ducks appeared to take a commanding 4-2 lead.

But with just 1:50 left in the game, things got a little crazy after Jonathan Toews scored two late goals to send the game to overtime.

While the end of regulation went pretty poorly for the Ducks, it was Matt Beleskey who stepped up and won the game after cashing in on a rebound opportunity just 45 seconds into overtime. Estevez got a little aggressive in his celebration.
