Coyotes sign Ryan MacInnis to entry-level contract

GLENDALE, Ariz. (AP) The Arizona Coyotes signed forward Ryan MacInnis to a three-year, entry-level contract Friday.

The 19-year-old MacInnis, the son of Hall of Fame defenseman Al MacInnis, had 25 goals and 37 assists this season for the Kitchener Rangers in the Ontario Hockey League. He also had three goals and five assists in six playoff games.

The 6-foot-4, 185-pound center was drafted 43rd overall last year.
