Coburn finds a way to fit in on Bolts' blue line

Braydon Coburn did not get off to the best start after he was traded to Tampa at the deadline; he suffered an injury just four games into his Tampa career. But now that Coburn recovered and worked his way back into the lineup, Coburn is fitting in just fine in Tampa.

The 30-year-old defenseman played in all nine playoff games so far, and he netted the series-winning goal in Game 7 of the first round against Detroit. Coburn helped increase his popularity with his teammates in the second round when he fought Montreal's Brandon Prust in Game 2 after Prust ran into goaltender Ben Bishop.

"He was regarded as a really good teammate in Philadelphia and the same has carried over here," Lightning coach Jon Cooper told the Toronto Sun. "I believe players see through players. So if you are not a competitor, not a good teammate, eventually guys are going to see through that. You check off everything you need in a player and you get [Coburn]."
