Clayton Stoner was lucky to receive just a two-minute penalty for the hit from behind he committed on Marcus Kruger during Game 2 between the Ducks and Blackhawks Tuesday night. Stoner cross-checked Kruger, sending him into the boards head-first. Kruger has no time to react or to protect himself, resulting in a nasty collision.

Immediately following the hit, Stoner caught Andrew Shaw with a punch, but he escaped discipline on this infraction.
