Chicago Blackhawks right wing Fernando Pisani left Friday night's game against the Dallas Stars with a head injury and did not return.

With 14:31 left in the second period, Pisani was knocked into the Dallas bench on a hard check by Dallas defenseman Mark Fistric.

Pisani's head struck the edge of the bench and he was down for several minutes before being helped to the locker room.

Fistric received a double-minor for roughing and interference.
