BROSSARD, Quebec (AP) Montreal Canadiens star goaltender Carey Price will miss the next two games because of a lower-body injury.

Canadiens coach Michel Therrien says Price aggravated the injury while representing Canada at the Sochi Olympics. Price left practice on Wednesday.

Therrien says Price will miss two games, including Wednesday night's game against the Detroit Red Wings. Peter Budaj will start in goal, and Dustin Tokarski has been called up from the AHL's Hamilton Bulldogs to serve as backup.

Price had his first practice since helping Canada win a gold medal in Sochi. He played in all but one of Canada's Olympic games, including a 3-0 win over Sweden for the gold.
