Bruins to play in Northern Ireland, Czech Republic

The Boston Bruins will spend part of this season's training camp in Northern Ireland and the Czech Republic.

They open camp Sept. 17 and begin the regular season against the Phoenix Coyotes in Prague on Oct. 9.

The Bruins will wrap up their U.S. exhibition schedule with a home-and-home series against Alex Ovechkin and the Washington Capitals on Sept. 28-29.

Then the Bruins will head to Belfast for the Oct. 2 game against all-stars from the United Kingdom Elite League. They will play one exhibition game in Lieberec, Czech Republic, on Oct. 5 against HC Liberec.
