COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) The Columbus Blue Jackets have activated forward Marian Gaborik off injured reserve after he missed the past 22 games, along with the Sochi Olympics, because of a broken collarbone.

They also recalled defenseman Cody Goloubef from their American Hockey League affiliate in Springfield, Mass., to fill in for defenseman Fedor Tyutin, out two to three weeks with an ankle injury sustained while playing for Russia in the Olympics.

The Blue Jackets play Thursday night at New Jersey in their first game after the NHL's Olympic break.

Gaborik represented Slovakia at the 2006 and 2010 Olympics but was unable to play in Sochi. He has five goals and seven assists in 18 games with Columbus this season.
