Vegas: Broncos open as an early favorite against the Ravens

Gary Kubiak will be a slight favorite over his old employer in his Broncos head coaching debut.

According to oddsmakers, the Broncos are 4.5-point favorites over the Ravens on Sunday. That means they'd still be favored even if the game were played in Baltimore.

Surely memories of Denver's last season-opening win over Joe Flacco & Co. -- complete with a seven-touchdown game by Peyton Manning -- have crept in a little and influenced this line.

Baltimore will be a much better matchup this season than they were two seasons ago -- expect a closer contest.
