Titans CB Perrish Cox ready to return against Saints

After missing the last two games with a hamstring injury, Tennessee Titans starting cornerback Perrish Cox said he'll be back in the lineup for Sunday's game against the New Orleans Saints.

"I am out there, I am out there,’’ Cox said Wednesday, per the team's official website. “I am feeling good, feeling like I am 100 percent. When we get to the game I am going to open it up more. But today was quite good for my first time out there running.” 

The five-year veteran has ten tackles and one interception in five games this season.

His return comes at an opportune time for a Titans secondary tasked with slowing down Drew Brees and the New Orleans offense.

Brees threw for 505 yards in the Saints' 52-49 win over the Giants last week.
