Steve Smith trashes Steelers safety Mike Mitchell, says he's not on his kids' level
Baltimore Ravens wideout Steve Smith Sr. didn’t have a big game against the Steelers, but whatever eye-popping plays he lacked on the field he more than made up for with his postgame comments.
Smith took aim at current Steelers safety and former Panthers teammate Mike Mitchell, who exchanged words with the outspoken wide receiver during Baltimore’s 21-14 win Sunday.
Smith, like he’s been prone to do throughout his career, made sure to get the final word.
“He ain’t on my level,” Smith said, via the Ravens website. “He never will be. He is not even on the same level as my kids.”
Smith, who finished with four catches for 47 yards in the win, never minces words and this incident is no different. He then took to Twitter to get another jab in.
