Coming off the best statistical season of his career, Pittsburgh's Ben Roethlisberger is finally getting some recognition as one of the best quarterbacks in the league.

Roethlsiberger, who passed for a career-best 4,952 yards last season, was rated as the fifth-best passer by The MMQB, behind top-ranked Tom Brady, Aaron Rodgers, Andrew Luck and Peyton Manning.

From The MMQB:

(Roethlisberger) has evolved from a randomized, talent-based quarterback to a fully cerebral field general. And the talent’s still there.

Philip Rivers was just behind Roethlisberger in sixth place, followed by Drew Brees and Joe Flacco. Matt Ryan and Tony Romo rounded out the top 10.

No. 5 seems about right for Roethlisberger on this list. Should he crack the top four?
