Ryan Fitzpatrick's former coach calls him a 'top-15 QB on the planet'

Ryan Fitzpatrick led the New York Jets to a five-game winning streak before ultimately ending their season in the worst way possible, falling to the Buffalo Bills in Week 17. Fitzpatrick threw three interceptions in the game and failed to lead the Jets to victory, leading some to blame him for the loss.
One person who won't change his opinion of Fitzpatrick is his former college coach at Harvard, Tim Murphy. He shared his thoughts on Fitzpatrick Monday, giving him some very high praise.
Via TMZ Sports:
"Fitzy is one of the top 15 Quarterbacks on the planet," Murphy said.
One reason why his opinion hasn't changed is because of the way the New England Patriots and Green Bay Packers played, too.
"Teams quarterbacked by Tom Brady, Aaron Rogers and Ryan Fitzpatrick did not have a great day yesterday," he said.
That's not the best reason to praise Fitzpatrick, but he is a solid quarterback. He threw a franchise-record 31 touchdown passes and the second-most yards in Jets history (3,905) in just his first season with the team.
He may not be talked about with the best signal callers in the league, but his performance in 2015 was better than many expected.
