BY Ross Jones • January 16, 2016

The status of Rob Gronkowski was a point of interest leading up to Saturday's divisonal round game between the Chiefs and Patriots.

The All-Pro tight end, who is dealing with knee and back issues, wasted no time producing on the field, however.

Tom Brady looked Gronkowski's way early, hooking up with him for three receptions for 43 yards and a touchdown.

In the second half, Gronkowski also hauled in his eighth postseason score, putting him on top with the most touchdown receptions by a tight end in NFL playoff history.

In only his sixth season, Gronkowski passed Dave Casper and Vernon Davis to top the list.
