Report: OL Jake Long expected to sign with Falcons this week

The Atlanta Falcons are fresh off an impressive Monday Night Football victory over the Philadelphia Eagles. Just because this team has started the season off 1-0 though, doesn't mean that they are content with where they're sitting apparently.

According to Dan Graziano of ESPN, the Falcons are on the verge of signing some offensive line help in Jake Long.

It seems to be a foregone conclusion that Long will be a Falcon this week. The question now becomes, what will his role be right out of the gate for Atlanta?
