Ravens at Jaguars: Week 3 inactives

Here are the inactive players for the Baltimore Ravens and Jacksonville Jaguars for their Week 3 matchup in the Sunshine State.
It figures to be an offensive show in Jacksonville when the winless Jaguars host the unbeaten Baltimore Ravens.
John Harbaugh’s team hasn’t exactly lighten up the scoreboard in two games. But quarterback Joe Flacco and company spotted the Cleveland Browns a 20-0 before scoring the final 25 points of the contest.
It hasn’t exactly been a great start for Jacksonville quarterback Blake Bortles, despite the fact that he’s thrown for 649 yards in two games. His three touchdown passes have been offset by four turnovers. The third-year pro has also been sacked five times during the team’s disappointing 0-2 start.
Here’s what we know. There will be plenty of wide receiver talent on display in Baltimore’s Steve Smith, Sr., and Mike Wallace and Jacksonville’s young combination of Allen Robinson and Allen Hurns. It’s somewhat funny to note that the quarter has combined for three touchdown receptions – all by Wallace.
There’s also a very intriguing battle of tight ends in Baltimore’s Dennis Pitta and Jacksonville’s Julius Thomas. Each has made their presence felt this season.

One early positive for Baltimore’s defense has indeed been the numbers regarding their play against the pass to date. Admittedly, it’s only two games but you’re talking about a team that last season allowed 30 scores through the air while totaling an NFL-low six interceptions. So far the club has allowed two touchdown passes and picked off a pair of throws. You have to crawl before you walk, but it’s also worth noting that the Jaguars’ passing game is a different best (pun intended).
You can expect an aggressive effort from the desperate Jaguars, who have now lost five straight games dating back to last season. If the defense can force Flacco into a couple of costly mistakes, Gus Bradley’s squad may finally have something to smile about this season.
