Earlier this week, we learned that New York Giants running back Andre Williams had no plans to give up a role on the offense without a fight. Since the Giants' final spring practice, Williams has been training hard with Parabolic Performance and Rehab and trainer Brian Martin.

We're talking about 20-mile bike rides almost every day. Williams told True Jersey last Thursday that the goal is to make sure he's physically ready to compete in camp.

By the looks of the image Williams posted to his Instagram account, I think it's fair to say that he has completed that goal already.

Williams is even more dedicated entering his second season in the NFL, and that's saying a lot. As a rookie he proved to pick up things fast, and the coaches even felt comfortable turning to him as the Giants' lead back when Rashad Jennings got injured. With Shane Vereen added to the roster, the backfield is certainly more crowded than it was in 2014. Williams hopes to prove that he deserves a role in the rotation.
