New Broncos lineman Evan Mathis gets his old Eagles number

All the good jersey numbers are usually taken by this time of year.

That's no problem for a player like Evan Mathis. The Pro Bowler has enough league clout to receive his old No. 69 jersey, no questions asked.

As is the case in transactions like these, Fua probably got a nice kitchen remodel out of the deal. 

That's chump change to Mathis now. The star blocker just nabbed another $4 million to come to Denver and block for Peyton Manning.
