Manziel's roommate arrested on suspicion of drunken driving

Johnny Manziel's roommate and bodyguard Dana Kirk was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving early Saturday morning, the Cleveland City Police confirmed to FOXSports.com. Cleveland's 19 Action News first reported the news.
Kirk, 24, was booked at 3:30 a.m. local time and is still awaiting his DUI charge.
He also was involved in a Nov. 22 scuffle at a downtown hotel, according to the police report. In that incident, Kirk was questioned by police after a fan, in his words, "attempted to assault his client and he defended himself."
No charges were filed, but Browns general manager Ray Farmer issued a statement saying the incident was "concerning" to the team.
This weekend, Kirk was arrested at 2:30 a.m. Saturday in downtown Cleveland while driving a car owned by Manziel, the station reported. Manziel, the Browns' first-round pick, wasn't in the car at the time of the arrest.
