Last Bay Area Super Bowl featured some epic commercials

While not as celebrated as today, back in January 1985 there were ads targeted to debut at the Super Bowl because of the exposure provided during the game.

ABC sold those 30-second commercial spots for $525,000 each. The price for Super Bowl 50 that CBS commanded -- $5 million.
