Georgia connection helping rookie LB Ramik Wilson on the Chiefs

Ramik Wilson can look in any direction he wants in the Chiefs locker room. Chances are, the fourth-round rookie will see a player who suited up for his alma mater in college.
"It makes me feel at home," Wilson told reporters at the Chiefs rookie minicamp on Sunday. "I can go to them for anything or any of my teammates. Aaron Murray is from my home town so I've known him for years. It's great, it's something I enjoy."
Murray isn't the only former Dawg that Wilson can lean on. When he returns, fellow linebacker Justin Houston also played between the hedges. And of course, he's got fellow rookie third-rounder Chris Conley on the team now, too.
That doesn't mean Wilson won't step out of his Georgia comfort zone to get to know a few veterans.
"I already knew beforehand they have a Pro Bowler in Derrick (Johnson)and Josh (Mauga) is a great linebacker and the rest of the crew," Wilson said. "I've been with the vets, I met with them. We have a good relationship with them and they're helping me learn."
