Cleveland Browns vs. Philadelphia Eagles: How to watch, listen to the game
The Cleveland Browns and Philadelphia Eagles will kick off the 2016 NFL season today. Here is how you can watch or listen to the game.
The Cleveland Browns will open the 2016 NFL season on the road today against the Philadelphia Eagles.
The opening game of the season has not been kind to the Browns as they have posted just a single win since 1999 in the season’s first game. Cleveland carries an NFL-record 11-game losing streak in season openers onto the field today.
They will also carry a new attitude, thanks to head coach Hue Jackson.

“What I have thought about is what we need to do to win the game, how to best prepare our team,” Jackson said on Friday. “That has been going on since the day I got the job – what do I think it is going to take to give us the best opportunity this season to be winners, creating the right environment, creating the right culture, making sure that we stay collaborative within our building, making sure that our players understand the work ethic that it takes to be a big time NFL pro player and then what it takes to win each and every week.
“I think we have done that. Now, the proof is in we have to go win. That is all that is left to do. That is where my mind is all the time. It is not really on what has gone on in the past in my career.”
