Broncos' Ward plays one intense game of volleyball

Heading to the beach this Fourth of July? Don't play volleyball with T.J. Ward.

The Broncos safety is taking that sport to an extreme with an intense equipment swap.

That's not a regular volleyball he's using. It's a weighted medicine ball. And it's heavy.

Good think Ward is playing with some other athletes in Ryan Clark, Brandon Meriweather, Rafael Bush, and Robert Golden. Otherwise, that game could sure hurt someone.
