Robin Lopez suits up as Thor, takes kids on super NYC mission (PHOTOS)


New York Knicks center Robin Lopez loves himself some comic books, and Friday, he threw some love Marvel's way.

By the hammer of Thor, we think it is. Especially since Lopez dressed up to take a bunch of super kids on a superhero mission as part of the Garden of Dreams foundation.

The mission took the crew to the top of the Empire State Building, where they successfully located the opening-night basketball:
