The Atlanta Hawks have traded point guard Jeff Teague to the Indiana Pacers in a three-way deal with the Utah Jazz, Yahoo Sports first reported Wednesday. Point guard George Hill will go from the Pacers to the Jazz, who will send the No. 12 overall pick in Thursday's NBA Draft to the Hawks.

Teague, 28, averaged 15.7 points per game, 5.9 assists and 2.7 rebounds this past season. He was an All-Star during the 2014-15 season. The 19th overall pick in 2009 has spent his entire career with the Hawks.

According to Yahoo Sports, Indiana will try to sign Teague to an extension. He is in the final year of his contract.

Hill, 30, averaged 12.1 points, 4.0 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game during the 2015-16 season. He was a first-round pick by the San Antonio Spurs in 2008 and spent the past five seasons with the Pacers.
