Report: Dragic expecting Heat deal to be close to $100 million

It seems that Dwyane Wade might not be the only member of the Miami Heat expecting a bigger payday than the team is reportedly offering.

Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald reports that Goran Dragic is expecting a deal from the Heat between $90 and $100 million, a significant bump up from the five-year, $80 million contract the Heat reportedly are set to offer Dragic.

As Jackson notes, that mean Dragic isn't expecting to get the full max, which could pay him $115 million over five years. It is, however, more than any other team could offer Dragic in free agency.

Jackson writes, "the Heat and the Dragic camp remain optimistic a deal will get done with Miami."
