• The Milwaukee Bucks were awarded point guard Kendall Marshall off waivers from the Los Angeles Lakers on Sunday. The Lakers reportedly had every intention of re-signing the 22-year-old, but the Bucks thwarted their plans.
• No. 1 overall draft pick Andrew Wiggins is expected to sign a contract with the Cavaliers this week, according to a report from ESPN.
UPDATE (Thursday, 9:30 p.m ET): There still are a few good names who haven't signed yet. Here are your free agent updates for today:
• After the Bulls cut ties with veteran forward Carlos Boozer, he was on the market for the team that offered the highest blind bid. Nine teams reportedly tried to get Boozer and the Lakers ended up winning the auction.
• The Dallas Mavericks re-signed point guard Devin Harris, reportedly for four years and $16.5 million. According to multiple reports, the L.A. Clippers have re-signed veteran forward Glen "Big Baby" Davis to a one-year contract for the veteran minimum of $1.2 million.
• Point guard Eric Bledsoe rejected a four-year, $48 million to re-sign with the Phoenix Suns and wants a max five-year, $80 million deal, ESPN's Chris Broussard reports.
• Latest on LeBron and Love: James reportedly told Kevin Love he wants him on the Cavs, according to Yahoo! Sports/FOX Sports 1 NBA Insider Adrian Wojnarowski. But Cleveland and Minnesota still are far apart on a deal, FOX Sports Ohio's Sam Amico reports, and sources say the Cavs still aren't including Andrew Wiggins in trade talks.
• The Detroit Pistons are discussing trading forward Josh Smith to the Sacramento Kings, according to ESPN's Marc Stein, who also reports that the Houston Rockets are interested in trading for Boston Celtics point guard Rajon Rondo.
UPDATE (Wednesday, 11 p.m ET): On the only day out of the calendar year where no sporting events are going on whatsoever, the NBA free agent market kept busy. Some notable signings worth mentioning:
If Cleveland fans or Golden State fans were planning on seeing Kevin Love in their colors, they might have another thing coming according to Timberwolves owner Glen Taylor. FOX Sports North has the full story.
•Free agent Brandon Rush agreed to a two-year, $2.5 million deal with the Golden State Warriors, according toYahoo Sports/ FOX Sports 1 Insider Adrian Wojnarowski.
•Wojnarowski also reported that free agent forward Ed Davis has reached agreement on a two-year deal with the Los Angeles Lakers.
• Rodney Stuckey will be joining the Indiana Pacers, according to multiple reports.
UPDATE (Wednesday, 6:30 a.m. ET): Michael Jordan isn't coming up empty. Neither is Lance Stephenson, though he'll have to settle for less money than the Pacers offered him to stay in Indiana.
Stephenson's signing a three-year deal with the Charlotte Hornets, according to reports. According to ESPN's Chris Broussard, the 6-foot-5 swingman is getting $27 million — a lot less than the $44 million over five years from Indiana that he rejected.
UPDATE (Tuesday, 4:30 p.m. ET): Miami Heat fans can smile that they still have their original golden guy in Dwyane Wade, as he has decided to do exactly what LeBron James did: return home. Miami and Wade officially reached an agreement on a two-year deal. Financial terms were not announced, though it's expected Wade's salary for next season will not reach the $20.2 million he would have made under his previous contract, which he opted out of along with LeBron James and Chris Bosh.
• Heat lifer Udonis Haslem also re-signed with Miami for its $2.7 million exception, according to the Florida Sun Sentinel.
• Former Heat guard Mike Miller on the other hand? He's joining his guy LeBron out in Northeast Ohio and becoming a Cavalier and so is his former teammate James Jones.
• Where will Kevin Love end up? Trade talks reportedly restarted between the Warriors and Timberwolves, but no deal is on the table yet. The Cavaliers also have been in the picture, but since they reportedly are not willing to include Andrew Wiggins in a deal, nothing has materialized.
• Forward Kris Humphries will to be heading to the Wizards on a sign-and-trade with Boston, according to Yahoo! Sports/FOX Sports 1 NBA Insider Adrian Wojnarowski. Boston gets a trade exception and protected second-round pick.
• The Bulls made room for Pau Gasol and saved salary cap space by waiving forward Carlos Boozer with their amnesty clause.
