Everybody knows Dwight Howard's least favorite shot is the free throw. The Houston Rockets center owns a 57.2 career free-throw percentage, and he hasn't shot it that well in a season since playing for the Orlando Magic.
Now, you want to talk about shooting free throws backwards, and from three-quarters-court away? Now we're talking. The Rockets shared this Instagram post from a recent practice in which the 6-foot-11 center swished the ridiculous shot.

Chances are he'd still make his free throws more often.
