Kobe Bryant is pretty impressed with Andre Drummond
Detroit Pistons center Andre Drummond has been taking the league by storm so far this year, winning two Eastern Conference Player of the Week awards and putting up some insane point and rebound totals in the process.
Drummond is averaging 18.5 points and 19 rebounds a game through 10 contests this year.
Los Angeles Lakers guard Kobe Bryant isn't a stranger to putting up big stats as a young star in the league, and he recently spoke very kindly of Drummond after the Lakers defeated the Pistons:
Here's what Bryant told reporters, via Pistons.com:
"He is taking his game to a whole new stratosphere," Bryant said. "I told him before the game just to keep going. It’s amazing. I feel like you’ve done a good job if you’re getting 17 rebounds. That’s crazy.”
