Nikola Jokic, Jamal Murray, and Emmanuel Mudiay will be in the Rising Stars Challenge in this year’s All-Star weekend.
The World team will showcase one of the most electric, up and coming centers this year. Jokic will be making a huge impact for a team other than the Denver Nuggets.

With the way he has been playing lately, do not be surprised if he wins the MVP of the game and leads them to victory. In a exhibition match-up with some of the best young talent in the NBA, Jokic could be the most impactful. I am predicting a stat-sheet stuffing performance from him.

Oh, and I do think that he will lead the World Team to a victory over the U.S. Team. Do not forget that he and Mudiay also participated in this challenge last year and Jokic actually turned some heads. Both he and Mudiay showcased their range by hitting multiple 3’s and providing a very exciting match-up last All-Star weekend.
Unfortunately, their efforts weren’t enough as Team U.S.A. barely eclipsed the World team by a high 157-154 final score. Look for things to be much different in this year’s Rising Stars Challenge. Jokic will score, but he will also have young assets he can pass to which will rack up his assists. Even the announcers were in awe at the potential Jokic showed.
Imagine how impressed they are going to be this All-Star weekend. He will have an impressive box score which will give him a huge case for the game’s MVP. The man has been killing it since he was inserted into the starting lineup and has clearly taken the spotlight away from Jusuf Nurkic.
Denver is relishing the Jokic mania right now and hopefully we will get to see more of it at All-Star weekend.
