Brooks' double-double helps Oregon beat Stanford 71-58

EUGENE, Ore. (AP) Dillon Brooks had 15 points, 10 rebounds and seven assists, and Oregon pulled away in the second half to beat Stanford 71-58 on Sunday night.

Tyler Dorsey and Dwayne Benjamin added 12 points apiece for Oregon (13-3, 2-1 Pac-12), which has won 18 consecutive home games.

Jordan Bell chipped in eight points and had 10 rebounds as the Ducks dominated the boards by a 38-22 margin.

Michael Humphrey led the Cardinal (9-6, 2-2) with 18 points. Rosco Allen had 13 points and Marcus Allen 12 before fouling out.

The Ducks used a 12-4 run to push a one-point lead to 45-36 midway through the second half. They made 11 of 12 free throws over the final 3:30 to put the game away.

Humphrey had 11 points in the first half as Stanford built an early six-point lead and the Ducks struggled against the Cardinal's zone, missing 10 of their first 15 attempts.
