Impact Townsend will make the move to Stanford after spending the last four seasons with Yale. The 6-foot-7 senior started in 30 games last season with the Bulldogs, averaging 16.3 points, 7.4 rebounds, 4.3 assists and 1.1 steals on 33.3 minutes per game. Townsend, a 46.3 percent shooter from three last season (3.2 attempts per game), will look to take on a premier position in the Cardinal starting five this fall.
