Impact Bliss was the CUSA Freshman of the Year at Delaware in 2025-26, averaging 16.7 points, 5.2 rebounds, 5.9 assists and 1.8 steals, shooting 39.2 percent from three-point range for good measure. The 6-foot-4 guard from Queens, New York will now get his shot at high major basketball, where his dynamic scoring and facilitation ability should help him earn a role with the Cardinal right away -- potentially as their starting point guard.
