Kevin Lankinen - Set to face Vegas Lankinen is expected to start in Thursday's road tilt against Vegas.
Impact Lankinen earned a 27-save shutout over Florida in his previous start last Thursday. He was briefly unavailable after that game due to an illness, but Lankinen was healthy enough to dress as the backup netminder Wednesday. The 29-year-old goaltender has a 14-4-3 record, 2.52 GAA and .912 save percentage in 21 appearances in 2024-25. Vegas ranks sixth in goals per game with 3.45.

Derek Forbort - Playing Thursday Forbort (illness) is set to play Thursday versus the Golden Knights.
Impact Forbort will draw into the lineup for Erik Brannstrom on the third pairing. The 32-year-old Forbort missed three games due to the illness, which followed a lengthy absence due to a knee injury. He has one assist and six blocked shots over five games this season.

Impact Blueger continues to contribute depth offense, as he has four helpers over his last seven games. He's been officially on the fourth line since J.T. Miller returned from a personal leave of absence, which has had a ripple effect on the Canucks' center depth. Blueger is now at 14 points, 34 shots on net, 45 hits, 20 blocked shots and an even plus-minus rating through 31 outings this season, putting him on pace for a career year.

Thatcher Demko - Loses in overtime Demko stopped 28 of 31 shots in Wednesday's 3-2 overtime loss to Utah.
Impact Demko dropped to 1-1-2 after letting a 2-0 lead slip away. Clayton Keller and Dylan Guenther scored in the third period for Utah, and Mikhail Sergachev finished the comeback at 4:48 of overtime. Demko showed some promise in a 3-1 win over the Avalanche on Monday, but he's still somewhat of a risky fantasy play as he gets back up to speed on the fly. He's allowed 13 goals over four starts, and it's likely he'll get some rest with the Canucks visiting the Golden Knights on Thursday to finish a back-to-back set.
