Unfortunately for his fantasy prospects, the rookie has shown little diversity in his skill set beyond scoring, which will continue to put a cap on his overall upside. He's averaging only 1.3 rebounds, 0.8 assists, 0.3 steals and 0.3 blocks during his recent four-game scoring spree.

Impact Washington has now hit double figures in the scoring column in three straight games, but aside from drilling three-pointers at an excellent rate (9-for-16, 56.3 percent), he's providing little else to support his offense. During that same three-game stretch, he's averaging only 1.0 rebounds, 1.0 assists, 0.3 steals and 0.3 blocks, so he shouldn't be viewed as anything more than a deeper-league roster option in eight- and nine-category formats.

Impact With Chris Duarte (toe) sidelined, Washington operated as the top guard off the bench. The undrafted rookie out of Ohio State took advantage of his increased role by being efficient from the field en route to his highest scoring output since Feb. 6. He also registered a block and a steal in the same game for just the second time during the campaign. While his scoring production was solid, he failed to make significant contributions elsewhere and isn't expected to be a consistent fantasy producer moving forward, even if Duarte remains out for an extended period.

The rookie from Ohio State has demonstrated an ability to get hot from three, but he's a subpar 5-of-17 from deep over his previous three games. The being said, he's clearly the top option off the bench on an Indiana team devoid of backcourt weapons. He can be regarded as a matchup-based streaming candidate for those in need of points or threes. If Malcolm Brogdon (Achilles) continues to miss time, it only helps Washington's case.
