College Football Week 9 Highlights: Texas A&M Routs LSU; Ole Miss, BYU Earn Wins
Kicking off Week 9 of the 2025 college football season with a bang, No. 2 Indiana kept its undefeated season intact with a monster, 50-point drubbing of UCLA (3-5) on FOX's "Big Noon Kickoff." Indiana is now 19-2 since the start of last season and has gone 8-0 in back-to-back seasons for the first time in school history.
Meanwhile, No. 8 Ole Miss (7-1) took down SEC foe No. 13 Oklahoma (6-2) on the road. It's the Rebels' first road win against a ranked conference opponent in the Lane Kiffin era (since 2020).
No. 11 BYU (8-0) took down Iowa State (5-3) on the road to get their first win against the Cyclones in school history. BYU is now 19-2 since the start of last season and owns the best win percentage of any Big 12 team over that span. No. 10 Vanderbilt outlasted No. 15 Missouri (6-2) in another all-important SEC tilt and improved to 7-1 for the first time since 1941.
To close the night, No. 3 Texas A&M (8-0) rolled past No. 20 LSU (5-3) on the road to earn its first win in Death Valley since 1994.
