Impact After several seasons for Central Michigan, Davis will undergo an arduous challenge, transferring to a P4 college. During 2023, the wide receiver logged 453 receiving yards and four touchdowns. After not playing in 2024, he recorded a bounce-back 2025. For the second time in three seasons, Davis logged at least 25 receptions, 250 receiving yards and two TDs.

The with the Cavaliers in need of receiver help, Martin has a great shot to earn snaps quickly.

Kameron Courtney - Returning to UVA Courtney has withdrawn his name from the transfer portal and will return to Virginia, Jacquie Franciulli of 247Sports.com reports.

Impact Courtney totaled 37 receptions for 348 receiving yards across his first two seasons, and after testing the transfer waters, he'll return to Virginia. The sophomore wide receiver has two years of eligibility remaining, and he should step into a larger role in 2026.

Eli Holstein - Joining Cavaliers Holstein has announced his commitment to Virginia ahead of the 2026 season, On3.com reports.

Impact Holstein will make the move to Virginia after spending the last two seasons under center with Pittsburgh. The 6-foot-4 redshirt sophomore completed 257-of-416 pass attempts for 3,309 yards, 29 touchdowns and 13 interceptions, adding on 117 yards and four touchdowns with his legs (17 games). Holstein will look to compete for the starting job with the Cavaliers next season in the wake of Chandler Morris's departure, but he will likely be in a battle for most of the offseason with fellow transfer Beau Pribula.

Rico Flores Jr. - Signs with Virginia Flores (calf) has signed with Virginia, On3 reports.

Impact During both years UCLA included Flores, he logged more than 150 receiving yards. But before enrolling there, the wide receiver recorded his best season to date. Notre Dame's 2023 campaign features 27 receptions for 392 yards and one touchdown, all career-highs. Now that Flores' 2026 campaign includes a team, his focus shifts to recovery.

Beau Pribula - Headed to Virginia Pribula has signed with the Cavaliers ahead of the 2026 season, Matt Zenitz of CBSSports.com reports.

Impact Pribula will make the move to Charlottesville after a disappointing season with Missouri. The 6-foot-2 senior from Penn State, who won the Tigers' starting job this past offseason, completed 182-of-270 passes for 1,941 yards, 11 touchdowns and nine interceptions, adding on 297 yards and six scores with his legs. Pribula will look to take advantage of a fresh start with the Cavaliers next season.

Beebe will have two years of eligibility remaining, but he may have a tougher time earning carries in 2026, as Virginia has already signed running backs Peyton Lewis and Jekail Middlebrook.

Impact Lewis spent two seasons with Tennessee, and ran for 629 yards and 10 touchdowns as a rotational back in both seasons there. Looking for a bigger role, he'll head to Virginia, where he should manage to carve out a solid role following the departure of J'Mari Taylor.

Jekail Middlebrook - Joining UVA Middlebrook has committed to Virginia, Matt Zenitz of CBSSports.com reports.

Impact Middlebrook racked up 1,164 scrimmage yards and seven scores at Middle Tennessee State in 2025. The versatile running back joins a Virginia backfield that is losing two of its top three running backs. The third, Noah Vaughn, should be back for 2026.

Chandler Morris - Held in check vs. Mizzou Morris was 25-for-38 passing for 198 yards during Saturday's 13-7 win against Missouri. He also had six rushes for zero yards.

Impact Morris was held without a touchdown for the fourth time this season, but the Cavaliers still found a way to get it done and topple Missouri to close out the 2025 season strong. Morris' numbers took a dip after he transferred over from North Texas, but he still led Virginia to its first double-digit win season since 1989. Morris finishes the season with 3,245 total yards, 21 total touchdowns and nine interceptions. Out of eligibility, he'll look towards the NFL level next.

Harrison Waylee - Finally scores again Waylee logged 20 carries for 68 yards and one touchdown and caught 3 of 5 targets for 12 yards during Saturday's 13-7 win against Missouri.

Impact Waylee's latest touchdown marks his first since Week 8. Overall, the running back's 2025 season was a success, considering he logged a career-best six TDs with Virginia this year. Waylee also recorded 118 rushing attempts for 556 yards, 4.7 averaged per carry.
